Returns & Exchange Policy
All returns are free.
You can return your order for any reason, within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s returned to us in it’s original condition with all labels attached. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If possible, please print off your email receipt and enclose it with the parcel as this has all the details we require.
We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post/non delivery.
Please enclose your name, order number and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund.
How to Return
Contact our Customer Care Team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +44 01223 515870 quoting your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item(s). Your order number is located on the left hand side of your invoice.
Your request to return items must be received within 7 working days of the order being received.
Our Customer Care Team will issue you with a Return Authorization Number together Returns are to be received by within 7 working days from the date you received the return authorization number is issued. Returns received outside of this time frame are accepted at the discretion of misspicnic.com.
Refunds will be made to you within 30 working days of the cancellation date of the order (for items not shipped) or from when the returned item(s) are received by misspicnic.com. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following our returns process.
You will be refunded the full postage charge of your item(s) where the entire order is returned.
